  → All members are automatically added to this group for key updates like cancellations, schedule changes, urgent reminders or club events.

• 🏆 Age Grade & Team Groups
  → Each age grade and team has its own chat for coaches to communicate directly with parents about training, matches, and logistics.
  → Parents will need to join their child’s team group manually using the invite links provided within your specific age section e.g. Junior Updates (U9-U12) or Girls & Womens Updates (U9-Snrs).

  → For information about social gatherings, fundraisers, or club celebrations.

To join your child’s WhatsApp team group, please follow these steps:

1. Join the relevant age section via the link provided in our “Club Announcements” group.
2. Confirm your child’s age group and team name and join the relevant group using the link provided in the pinned welcome message.
3. Once in the group, please read the pinned message for important details such as schedules, kit requirements, and coach contacts.

To ensure groups run smoothly and remain useful for everyone: 

✅ Use the Announcements Group as your main source for club-wide updates. 

✅ Use the age specific section group e.g. Junior Section Updates as your main source for age grade updates.

✅ Read the pinned messages in your child’s team group for key details.

✅ Avoid spamming groups — keep messages relevant to your team or the club.
